Glad to hear you had a good time at the convention. So sorry to hear about your casualty. There are actually way you can safely clean C&S chips. Most commonly, people have used a cleaning type of car wax. Some use polishing compound....depending on how scratched up your chip is. Usually the very first step is to just use some mild dish washing soap and a soft bristle brush.

Since you have now learned your first lessson, let me be the first to give you a heads up warning on cleaning old hot stamp chips. Be very careful.
