I have never been to a Convention but I do organize Seminars here in Mexico. One of my seminars is Customer Service and I always start it with this little bit of wisdom
I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody.
It's funny that very few people want the hassle or commitment to do things, but many seem to line up and criticize.
I expect to be at next year's Convention and based on the way everybody expresses themselves about you and your family, I am sure I will have a blast.
