A sincere thank you to everyone involved with the organization of the convention. Your hard work is appreciated.

I was stunned to find out Saturday from Barry Weintraub that longtime Lake Tahoe collector Don Totoian had passed away in August 2010, not long after last year's convention. Don had a dealer table at several recent conventions, and you may recognize him from the picture. He was responsible for finding the Verdi Inn chips a few years ago, a set that remains one of my favorites. His death may have been mentioned previously on the board, but if so, I missed it.

Over the years I sold chips to, bought chips from and traded chips with Don often. His Tahoe collection was among the best in the world, but beyond that, he was a great guy, and his passing is a major loss to our hobby.
