I agree Dan, I just buy my mailers at Walmart too. $4.44 for a 10 pack. My post office told me that if you can bend the mailer it is just an oversized envelope and it is $.88 but if you pack the chip and it won't bend, it is $1.26 to mail the same chip. $2.50 is not out of line at all for a shipping charge in my opinion.

If you wanted, charge $1.50 for shipping and up the price on the chip to $11. You get the same amount of money and your shipping looks cheaper.
