I am only aware of 3 versions of a Flamingo Capri ashtray. There are 2 versions of the round black ceramic ashtray and 1 version of the round amber glass ashtray. The 2 round black ceramic ashtrays are indistinguishable between themselves until you turn the ashtrays over. One has a smooth bottom, while the other has a circular set of ribs, just like the amber glass ashtray. I did not take a photo of the bottoms of the trays (please accept my apologies ).

Here is an example of a black ashtray, and as you can see it basically looks the same as the above amber ashtray (however, it is ceramic, not glass).
