According to Steve Piccolo's Bicentennial website, Hall of Fame member Howdy Herz, spent a fair amount of time stuffing special envelopes for Harvey's Casino that included a Bicentennial issue $2 USD bill and a Harvey's Bicentennial $2 chip. If you look at this image (courtesy of Steve's website) you can see a glossy-like reflection to the left of the chip. That glossyness is caused by the 2" x 2" clear plastic flip that the chip is also inserted into. While the envelopes are impossible to locate, from time to time the flips are found!
