William I have found what all the people responding to this dilemma have said to be true, the unfortunate part is that some peoples computer/email usage do not always match up well with the sellers idea of being timely and getting right back to you; after an expanded and better scan has been sent.

My suggestion is sending time boundaries when sending the scans or answering the requested information, that being said, then you can express to the second but committed inquiry when his option can and will be picked up. This may be the best policy, but sometimes it doesn't matter if the 1st request, is not a rational consumer. Reggie
