They gave these to very special guests during the Chinese New Year. The Stateline and SilverSmith were the only Casinos that did any special event or Holiday chips. The Peppermill and Rainbow may have done something but not for quite a while. These guys had a few. But there were not many of these chips that I know of that were given out. Hope that helps. Thanks!!
