Thank you for the information! This is a very interesting piece of Las Vegas history. I found out that John Drew was a co-owner of the Stardust, and reputed to be a member of the Chicago Mafia.

The card measures 1 1/2" across, and is the type of card that is paper encased in plastic. I am including photos of the front and back of the card.
