I believe what is needed is for some of the world leaders, Washington in particular, to read this, make the necessary minor changes and have the fortitude to actually voice it to the world.
It would be graet if the quote were real but it might offend and not be politally correct.
At least I can still say the Pledge of Allegiance in my own home, but for how long?
