Hey Al...

I believe the $25 is the only known surviving chip of this issue. I think, when there is only one of a chip known to exist, that the fact that it is drilled effects its value to a very limited extent. If a good numner of a chip exists undrilled, I think the hole subtracts much more than 50% of its undrilled value. That's just my opinion.
