I have three tracts of land in the Deming Ranchettes - that's right, beautiful Deming, New Mexico (cough, cough). They are in the middle of nowhere, NM unless you know the area - then it is somewhere.

I've been paying taxes on these three tracts, 13, 14 and 14 in block 16 Unit 90 of the Ranchettes for years and years. My 2011 notice of value from the Office of the Luna County Assessor says the land is worth $1800 and my tax due (after not paying for several years now) is $368.

Anybody want to deal on these three tracts (I think they are an acre each - could be .5 acre each)? Email me for more info and with any deal you can think up that includes bringing the taxes current and then a little something on top. AL
