Here is an interesting addition I got all the way from England! (I think I still owe the sender some "paper"!)

I doubt the enclosed $2 bill was once there, but I include it to enhance the effect.

With respect to Steve's Bicentennial pages, there is a Thunderbird Dealer's Apron that is definately "Bicentennial" in nature, so I tend to think the Thunderbird, Bud Jones, CIC, probably was a Bicentennial issue.
