always be those magazines that are late.

After seeing the complete and utter incompetence at my local Post Office, I am simply amazed that they can actually deliver anything at all.

I often wonder how many of those people can even find their way home every night.

In the real world those people world all be fired in the first day. But in the Federal Employee world, they probably will get promoted.

Pretty sad if you ask me.
