I think it still works. Look at the red Chevy, put a car to the right up against the curb and you have two lanes in that direction. Tear off the awning tops on the left and place the sidewalk next to the building as they are now. Re-center the Hwy a little. So the sidewalk is up against the building the cars are up against the sidewalk then add the turn lane for a total of 5 lanes across and it still looks like everything lines up to me. The right side gutter would be about where the Warring sign is. Plus the Nevada Club false front looks like the same shape, height, length and location as in the Harrah's roof. I think there is someone out there that knows for sure. As of now I am a believer.
