That is strange. We decided to switch mailing services because we were having so much trouble getting overseas members their magazines. Some were taking up to a month to arrive, many never arrived period. This new group seems to be doing better with overseas mailings, but we have had a couple of issues with the standard U.S. mailings. One issue we are seeing is that some club members are getting the magazine with two address labels inside their poly bag. Which means the club member on the second mailing label, would not be getting his magazine. The printer has been working with us in getting the second club member his magazine, but I was not aware of the delay in the magazine arriving within the U.S.

I am going to contact the printer and mailing house again today and see if I can find out the exact dates of when the magazine was delivered. In the past most club members seem to get the magazine within a few days of each other. This long delay and scattered delivery times is disturbing.

I'm confident we can get it straightened out, please be patient and I'm sure we'll be back on track for the next issue!
