Mike made the “CAPTAIN Q" personal chip because
"The skeleton pirate is a scan from a slot glass that Brenda Black found the prior year at a garage sale.
She thought of me as soon as she saw it, and she brought it with her to the Convention and presented it to me.
It was actually a last minute decision on my part to have the chips made and it was then that I decided to use the Captain Q image."
