Like I mentioned, I did think quality on non-bidded items was not what Spinettis offered (and I too have bid, and won, items from Spinettis and have been quite pleased).
Never considered start/end time issue - if it's something I want, I'll put in a bid in the beginning and then follow the action. As for opening bid...not that far off value-based buy...I have no $$$ and could not buid, but was surprised no one else did.
Perhaps everyone else has a Zimba. Not me. Yet.
