I see that Allan is indicating "Thursday". However, all past OTY Awards, from the Bourse Floor, have been on Friday at 11 AM.

I think we are being plagued by copy and paste syndrome. It would seem that the Convention Program last year and apparently this year shows Thursday at 11 AM. And the OTY Awards invitations I've sent to the winners (for 2009, 2010 and 2011) all reflect Friday at 11 AM.

Since we have invited guests planning to attend Friday at 11 AM, I would suggest that we leave it on Friday at 11 AM, unless the BoD sees it differently.

If the large sign(s) (posters) for Thursday and Friday have not yet been printed, I suggest we make the changes there, as well as any of the on-line versions and accept that the Convention Program will be wrong for this one event.
