Steve .... when you look at the street (Hyw 50), and I assume your photos were taken from Harvey's hotel tower, compare how far from the curb the original false front of the Nevada Club was. It's pretty much adjacent to where the sidewalk would have been, and that was when Hwy 50 was much more narrow than today. Doesn't it (what appears to be the top of that false front on Harrah's roof) sit farther back from where that original curb would have been?

It seems that any of the original false front would have had to be much closer to the curb, no?
