Who owns the Aquarius now? I know at one point and I could be wrong wasn't it owned by Carl Icahn who owned Arizona Charlie's in Las Vegas, the now closed Sands in Atlantic City and the Tropicana also in A.C. which he purchased via a Casino Control Commission trust in 2010.
