I think there was a Toppers Country Place 933 Milwaukee ave in Wheeling. Still looking.
They also owned Beef and Bourbon Old Town 1560 N. Wells in Old Town (Chicago Trib archives)

The key Club opened in August of 1956 till 1962. The North ave location was described as " the most lavish" in town
It was a private club.
