A certain dealer has produced a set of chips called "El Rincon Tropical" and is selling them on E-bay in sets of which only 100 were made. This casino never has existed or ever will. Therre are no casinos in Rincon, Puerto Rico. This dealer is famous for making all types of reproductions. Sure the owner of the business may have made chips but why would he give them to a dealer to sell?? especially if they are allegedly being used for private games??
