I'm assuming that the top two chips are Topper's Key Club (6510 W. North Ave., Chicago) from the Taylor record. My question is do the bottom two chips have any connection with the top two? The Topper's Restaurant (633 ? Justin Blvd, Chicago) record also shows a green chip with a tophat but no pic of the hotstamp.
