VIEWING
You can view the lots at any time up until approx 4pm on Thursday 23rd on the bourse floor.
In addition, I have arranged for the lots to be available to view in my suite at South Point on Tuesday 21st from around 8.30-9pm onwards (ie following the chipboard get-together at the Palms). There will be some refreshments and if you want to just come along and hang out and chew the fat you are welcome to. There should be a few of us there. You will need to contact me in advance so I can give you the room number as I'm not going to post it in public.
You will be able to place silent auction bids and leave advance bids with me during this session.
We have arranged this to give people who may not have the auction on the top of their priority list on Thursday extra opportunity to make up for the auction being a day earlier this year.

BIDDING
The first 20 lots in the auction (A-T) comprise the silent auction.
This takes place on the show floor, on Thursday 23rd, and ends at 4pm sharp.
Advance bids for these operate in exactly the same way as for the live lots and you can see the current bids here:

Proxy bids will be proxyed by me during the day on Thursday 23rd, giving anyone the opportunity to beat those bids if they so wish, just the same as if it was live.
The only other way to bid on Thursday 23rd is to write your name and bid on the colored bid sheets at the auction table on the bourse floor.

For the remaining 180 lots of the live auction, advance and proxy bids have been and will be executed by me as described earlier and in the auction catalog terms and conditions.
The only other way to bid is to be there!!
You will need a bidder card, and additionally, if you are a day member only, will have to provide some ID in advance.
All this can be done anytine during the day at the auction table (saves time for us if you do it this way), or, you go and see Mark Russell at the back of the auction room.
