Don't zone in on how many have left. Recruit new members daily. Pass out cards advertizing the club. Talk to everyone about it. There has to be a positive way to grow the club and get new older and younger members signed up. This is not a retirement village or hobby we just need to keep getting the word out everyday. My two cents.
