I agree TI has some great rates. You can be notified of great rates by going to the casino's web site and signing up for email deals. You do not have to have any gaming history with them. I have received some fantastic deals this way. The TI will send you really good rates maybe once a month via email. Just sign up it is easy and I never received spam from these places.
