It seems strange that nothing has been built on the El Rancho Vegas property after all these years.
Granted, the north end of the strip wasn't in vogue for quite a while, but before the bust a few years ago, with the momentum of Wynn and Venetian and (never finished) Fontainbleu, I thought someone would finally pay the reported top-dollar amount the owners wanted. Wasn't the Bennett organization planning to acquire it at one time? Anyway, with the Sahara closing, it will be a LooooooooNG time before that parcel commands what it would have a few years ago.

I'll have to try those ribs sometime. Sounds good!
