Well, the difference is that if you buy it as a Cuban chip, it's worth $75. If you buy it as a generic, then pay $5 to $10.
Since I list it as a generic on my site, I must have paid $3 or so for it.
On a serious note, the chip may have been used in Cuba. That doesn't mean it wasn't available to be bought by any person out of a catalog. Most agree that some Christiana c&s were used in Cuba. However they were originally made for the resort in Sun Valley, ID.
BTW, you make more money if you sell it as a cuban.
