Due to the fact one of my most valued contributors to my son's memorial project started to want me to include some non-gaming items, and a had the fur on the back of my neck rise I started a new project.
This is to include all known chips and tokens that are not directly connected to a card room or individual set of gaming items.
It has grown to about 4,500 pages and includes some 35,000 scans.
One of the sources of information was a pair of publications produced by Charles Kappen. I believe he has passed but not sure. In any event he published two tomes. Reference number are taken from these publication.
My health is poor but I can still use the computer to search for new items and have been doing so for several years.
I would love to put it along with my sons memorial project into the CC>CC [not the MoGH] but the legal beagle wants me to jump through more hoops than I am willing to do.
This latest effort, if printed, would truly be a coffee table item {large table}.
Scans are getting harder to obtain but the journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step.
