No -- as many people here say, when a seller sells something or a buyer buys something, they should look at the TOTAL price, which includes shipping.

For example, for the fun of it, I've been selling these three James Bond "Casino Royale" chips on eBay for $4.49 plus $2.99 postage, for a number of years, and everyone seems happy even though the actual postage (sent first class letter rate) costs me $0.84! My whole profit is in the postage. The cost of the chips, eBay fees and PayPal fees eat up practically the whole $4.49.
