Are we that dumb of a society [a PO rule?] 
() a Company we are asked to press 1 to continue in english. We do not know Math, Geography or History. Many of the younger generation can't even read handwriting. Is it any wonder the P.O. feels it necessary to remind us where the stamp goes.
