I have been using the Money Owed option when using Paypal and wanting to avoid the fees. All this does is prevent the sender from complaining that he did not receive something he purchased. For members in the club this is not a problem. One thing many have not consideered is that Paypal is sitting on all of the money in your account and not paying you any interest. I consider that about the same as paying a fee for using the service. If they don't want you to use a service then they can just remove it. That said please keep in mind I am referring to personal transactions not those with a business.
