Since I have started Nevada Casino Chips back up I have had a few people either ask or just send me a gift payment. When they do I end up having to refund the charges & explain to them that I am a licensed business in the state of Nevada & do not take gift payments. Even if I was not in business I would still not take them.

And even though in the past I have sent 2 or 3 payments as gift payments for items others were selling when they requested them, I decided a while back that I will no longer do that. If someone can not afford to pay the PayPal fees by taking a regular payment, then they should not be using PayPal. Ask for a check from someone or don't sell items that require PayPal.
