Seems like all I needed to do is post wondering where it was

I saw the same theing everyone else did about being able to cash in points, but has anyone tried to do it?

I picked out several shirts, hats and other stuff but when I clicked confirm order, it said, merchandise order not allowed from my area !!!!

It appears they they will not allow me to use any of my points.
