These cards were introduced early last year. The first issue cards were issued as early as March, 2010 did not have the black instructions printed at the top of the card. Players had so many questions on how to redeem them, that the new issue cards had the instructions ("Press 7-1-5 to Downlod Bonus Dollars") printed at the top. I have some more cards dated April, June, August, November, 2010.
