Being an ice cream vendor and collector of gambling paraphernalia, I was fascinated - it looks/acts like a mini roulette wheel, and functions sorta like a punch board (numbers = winners and all that).

Is this unique to the Far East, or has anyone seen one of these stateside? Curious, obviously.
