I actually ran into one lady who had 2 $1 chips for sale but I didn't want them since I have so many duplicates now. I had better luck with silver and gold again though. I passed on one mens wedding band since they wanted $140 for it which is about what the gold content was worth. Also it had a $280 retail price tag on it and I know that you never buy jewelry unless it is at least 50% off retail and the resale value is about 1/3-1/2 of that. But I did run into a 10K middle school class ring with well over $100 in gold in it for $20. I also paid $2.75 total at 3 different sales for 2 silver necklaces and some streling bracelet pieces worth over $45. I ain't gonna get rich doing this but at least it helps pay for the gas for my hobby. Oh yeah - I also bought a bunch of binders to hold my chips in and a few other things today.
