Really Sorry if I Stated my comment wrong. I was just
trying to point out that if one postoffice excepts a package
with out using the measuring rule, and lets it go at the lesser
rate. The Destination Postoffice may see the error and assess
a postage due Fee To the Receiver. It has happened to me
about 4 or 5 times where I have had to pay postage due. I
never did contact the sellers about it. Didn!t consider it a big
deal at the time. I feel the Postal service is totally at fault. If
one office excepts it then I feel it should be delivered. Again
