Check wallmart.com, they sell the American Casino Guide, the new 2011 version. They were the cheapest site I could find, only $11.00. I was surprised that Wall Mart had it online. (was surprised to see all the stuff they sell online actually, and a lot of it is free shipping, site to store) Just wanted to throw my 2 cents in there.. Good Luck, and have fun!
