Only the OUTER RING is .999 Silver on the $20 strikes, on the $40's both large and small the entire strike is .999 silver and the centers of the pre 2005 $10 strikes go from .580 oz to .602 oz. The ones from 2005 I have weighed the centers on go from .495oz to .500 oz.
