My Acer Netbook (10") came with McAfee AV for a trial period that is now expiring. I don't want McAfee but am thinking about AVG-free which seems fine for what I need (according to reviews). I only use it for travel to check mail and a couple of other web-based applications (ie chipboard, ebay, pogo, etc) .. won't be used for downloads from the internet, or checking finance records or payments. Nothing that requires high security.

Any comments on AVG-free..??
