Thats what I figured- the opening of the poker room caused a shortage in supply of the $1 chip racks. I didn't get close enough to see if the old rack $5's are also in temporary use.

I'm in favor of them ordering in new white, red, green and black chips with different pictures on them that read Tropicana poker room only.
