If you would look at the little card that comes with your 2000 Proof set from the mint, you would find that that the set contains 0.0 Oz of silver. It is Copper, Nichol, Titanium, and Zinc and maybe a few others, no Silver. I have a guy in town that will pay me $11.00, but with shipping you can have it for $14.00. I know they look good, but they still followed the dates when the regular coinage changed. The mint did some special commemerative things that had .90 silver in them. I think there was a Olympic Coin and Dollar set and a commerative JFK Half dollar set.
