Don't know of "Dr. No" props. Have not watched the movie that closely. Does the film show actors actually touching the items? If not, often times to save money the production company will use standard casino shots from their archives. Saves a lot in costs.

Example - the "Montecito" casino chips and location have been used in a number of TV shows that need a casino shot.
