Secondly, yes, anything that was made with a quantity less than 10 is rare in my opinion. I didnt say valuable, I said rare.

For those that collect personals, they know that it is very tough to add a chip to your collection when very few of them were made.

I would like to have every single personal made in my collection, but I know that will never happen as many people have limited special chips like the ones I showed.

The reason I showed them off is that while some people do have these chips, they are missing from most personal chip collections.
