~~~ the HOUSE/INLAID combo was first introduced (while other series might have still been used)?

Perhaps when they decided to add on to the house mold/inlaid series (perhaps there was only a STAR and ANCHOR?) they started with one or two of the suits and never got to the club before moving on to something else..?

Just a shot... but I bet there is a very good reason why we do not know of an inlaid CLUB on the HOUSE mold...
