Bill, they're not super rare chips so you shouldn't expect to pay much more than $20.00 each, would be my guess.
The trick is to find them in good condition.
I haven't seen too many show up on ebay lately, so maybe post on this board your interest in them?
I'm sure there are at least a few chippers out there with them in their inventory.
Give that a try.
