A minor pet peever about the layout. Some listings are quite long, for instance, the Four Queens listing is about 8 pages. I know the listings are alphabetical, so when I open the book, I approximate and open it. If you wind up in the middle of and entry like the Four Queens one, you have no idea where you are, and with the long entry, sometimes you need to flip a few pages to find the header.

Just a matter of a few seconds more, but on a Sunday evening, when I may be bidding on a couple of different chips, it would help if the casino info were on every page, or maybe just on the two side-by-side pages where there is no new casino listing.

I understand the space considerations, but I think this would be a helpful addition.
