I agree with you Dan. If they are for sale under face value - that means you should be able to click and start buying "under face value". If they are mearly listed on Ebay as an auction "starting under face value" that is a different thing altogether. "STARTING" and "For Sale" are two different things. Unless they are at a "Buy it Now" option for under face - then it should be stated that they are starting under face. I also agree that it would be nice to see the EBAY Logo in the Title as it is only a tease otherwise. Just my opinion though as well.
